Sepanjang tahun 2023, kinerja dan prospek ekonomi perkenonomian nasional tetap solid meskipun di tengah ketidakpastian global. Stabilitas makroekonomi dan sistem keuangan Indonesia tetap terjaga dan pemulihan ekonomi terus berlanjut, dengan inflasi yang terkendali hingga akhir tahun. Pertumbuhan ekonomi juga tetap baik ditopang oleh kuatnya permintaan domestik dan eratnya sinergi kebijakan ekonomi nasional yang konsisten dan terukur.

In 2023, the national economy's economic performance and prospects will remain solid despite global uncertainty. Indonesia's macroeconomic and financial system stability is maintained and economic recovery continues, with controlled inflation until the end of the year. Economic growth also remains strong, supported by strong domestic demand and close synergy with consistent and measurable national economic policies.

Meskipun demikian, tantangan global seperti fragmentasi geopolitik, ketidakpastian pasar keuangan akibat pengaruh respons kebijakan bank sentral negara maju seiring masih tingginya inflasi yang dihadapi, ancaman perubahan iklim, dan berbagai tantangan lainnya perlu dihadapi ke depan. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk terus mempererat sinergi bauran kebijakan untuk menjaga stabilitas dan pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Pandangan dan arahan dari agenda PTBI 2023 diarahkan untuk menjadi acuan strategis bagi pemangku kepentingan, khususnya pelaku industri, dan investor dan kalangan dunia usaha dalam mengambil keputusan, serta mendorong optimisme pemulihan ekonomi menuju Indonesia Maju.​

Nevertheless, global challenges such as geopolitical fragmentation, financial market uncertainty due to the influence of central bank policy responses in developed countries along with the continued high inflation faced, the threat of climate change, and various other challenges need to be faced in the future. Therefore, it is important to continue to strengthen the synergy of the policy mix to maintain national economic stability and growth. Insights and directions of the PTBI 2023 agenda are directed at becoming a strategic reference for stakeholders, especially industry players, and investors and the business world in making decisions, as well as encouraging optimism for economic recovery of Indonesia.​
